Official Synopsis

In 1991, orphaned Marine Sgt. Tommy Santoro (James Marsden) thought he had escaped his family’s ties to organized crime and buried the memory of a murdered father, until an insubordinate act on the Iraqi border and an obsessed F.B.I. agent take him back to South Philly to face the biggest conflict of his life. His brother Vincent (Brad Renfro) and cousin Joey (Giovanni Ribisi) have become what Tommy vowed never to be, and now, faced with the only chance to save his family, Tommy is coming home to become something even worse.
