Episode Summary
Timmy is caught extorting money from other kids as part of a "club." Karen grows fed up with his behavior, and has no idea how to handle him. James convinces a reluctant Dee to stay with his kids when he is suddenly called into the office. As he sees her off at the door that night, a groggy James and Dee share a kiss. Kevin continues to devote all his time to dealing, at the expense of his family life. Sean begins to grow suspicious. Joe Ennis and Sgt. Paul Timmons produce photos of Kevin meeting with Ty in Canada. Although he could be violated for leaving the country and associating with a criminal, Ennis and Timmons would rather hold back and catch him in a major offense. They plan to send in an informant. Goldie agrees to a meeting with Peter. Rachel pleads with Peter not to let anything happen to her brother. Peter beats up his friend Dwayne after he disobeys orders and starts sniffing around the basement stash and talking about money. Randy Wiggins is released from prison (due to space limitations) after serving ten years. He immediately starts doing drugs and hanging around his old motorcycle gang buddies, and doesn’t show for his meeting with James. James visits him and is surprisingly understanding. Wiggins later comes to a meeting high and throws his urine in James’ face during his drug test. He hits James in the face, steals a gun, and runs out. James pleads with Wiggins’ sister for help, warning that he will just get into more trouble if he is doing speed. The DNA test proves that Skouras had sex with Skye. Dee is determined to help her also make the rape charges stick. Skye acts very unstable, and admits that Skouras ordered her to stop taking her medication because it made her less active in bed. Dee tries to get her to take her pills, but Skye instead pulls out a gun and commits suicide. A devastated Dee calls James, who is out with Skouras looking for Wiggins. He leaves Skouras in the car, where Wiggins takes him hostage. Wiggins eventually flees after a shootout. James beats and kicks Skouras and holds a gun to his head before leaving him on the ground when back-up arrives.

Episode Summary
While his pregnant girlfriend shops for baby furniture nearby, fugitive Randy Wiggins tries to rob an armored truck. He discovers that there is no money in the truck, and takes the driver hostage. He asks to speak with James, who is called to the scene. The driver passes out because of his allergy to cat hair (Randy’s girlfriend had a cat in their car), and is in grave danger. James offers himself in trade for the guard. He tries to convince Randy to give himself up. Randy tries to kill himself, but is out of bullets. James provides encouraging words and tells him he will get a second chance at life. As he leaves the truck, Randy pulls the empty gun so that the police will shoot and kill him. James is devastated. He later shares a dance with an emotional Dee. Peter tricks Sean’s nanny into letting him take Sean after his baseball game. A panicked Rachel wants to kill Peter, but Kevin promises to handle it peacefully. Kevin gets Peter to bring Sean (who is unharmed and has no idea what is going on) to his new boat. He tells Peter that his indictment has been sealed and puts him in charge of the heroin deal.
